At Yen, our chef would try to preserve the natural flavor of ingredients while allowing seasonality to play an important role. Guests will leave themselves in the hands of a chef and receive a meal which is seasonal, elegant, artistic and uses the finest ingredients available imported from Japan. 

Our outstanding Omakase is the ultimate sushi experience to the complete seafood lineup and considered the authentic menu commonly found in sushi counter restaurants in Japan – you completely leave it to the sushi chef to design the meal based on the chef’s understanding of your preference and the seafood selection available. 

Our design is inspired by traditional Ryotei architecture where guests can enjoy traditional Japanese cuisine in private tatami rooms. They are particular about every little detail, from the architecture and the garden to utensils and decorations.

After 25 years as a sushi chef, he continues to journey into his lifelong pursuit of authentic sushi at Yen Sushi Premium, after many years working in 5 stars restaurant in Japan as the successor of Chef Inaba Masanobu - a master of traditional dishes with highest culinary standards and creativity.
